The opportunity

Our pool and leisure facilities are more popular than ever, and as Lead Lifeguard, for our Stanmore Bay Pool and Leisure Centre you will play a key part in ensuring that all customers not only have a fantastic experience but a safe one.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing guidance on and supporting the delivery of aquatics-based programmes;
• General lifeguarding duties to ensure customers are safe and looked after; and
• Supporting the Team Leader with day-to-day operations at the Centre....
