Lead Line Cook

Bern's Steak House (https://bernssteakhouse.com) is looking for that individual who wants to take the next step in their career. Looking for someone with a minimum 2 years line cook experience. Fine Dining experience a plus but not a requirement.  Must have a willingness to learn, adapt and surmount any challenges that may come. Culinary graduates are a plus but not necessary. 

Job Overview

+ Must have general knowledge of cooking techniques.  

+ Prepare station with all necessary items/tools according to designated station.

+ Prepare, cook, and plate all items on the designated station according to Chef standards.

+ Ensure quality of all products with guidance from Chef. 

+ Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation throughout each shift.
