Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Verify order preparation and packaging; 
Prepare internal transfers;
Prepare all shipments requested by company departments; 
Prepare CofCs if applicable;
Prepare transport and customs documentation for our products;
Prepare transport and customs documentation for returning products needing repair;
Prepare purchase requisitions for consumables related to receiving, shipping, and stockroom;
Manage shipments in our ERP system;
Track equipment delivery for suppliers and clients;
Respond to shipping quotation requests;
Organize recurring returns;
Pack products for shipment;
Open work orders, manage materials, and close them;
Conduct cyclical inventory counts;
Perform receiving as needed;
Perform any other related tasks.
