**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES*** Verify order preparation and packaging;* Prepare internal transfers;* Prepare all shipments requested by company departments;* Prepare CofCs if applicable;* Prepare transport and customs documentation for our products;* Prepare transport and customs documentation for returning products needing repair;* Prepare purchase requisitions for consumables related to receiving, shipping, and stockroom;* Manage shipments in our ERP system;* Track equipment delivery for suppliers and clients;* Respond to shipping quotation requests;* Organize recurring returns;* Pack products for shipment;* Open work orders, manage materials, and close them;* Conduct cyclical inventory counts;* Perform receiving as needed;* Perform any other related tasks.**JOB REQUIREMENTS*** Completed high school diploma;* Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandise shipping;* Knowledge of Office Suite, Google, and ERP systems;* Knowledge of customs and transportation;* Ability to adapt to a flexi...
