Lead Machinist

• Understand and follow Weatherford's Enterprise Excellence Process and Quality Policy, ensuring full compliance with the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
• Adhere to all Weatherford safety rules, company policies, and applicable licensee requirements.
• Perform complex CNC machine operations with a high level of accuracy and independence.
• Maintain acceptable levels of reject rates, scrap rates, and production output.
