Lead – Maintenance & Projects

Job Description

Responsible for all maintenance and technical projects. The incumbent will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at ensuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. Work closely with line manager and stakeholders to reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns, improve production facilities and develop plan to improve overall reliability and safety of plant and production processes.

• In consultation with the Line Manager and project stakeholders, prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned maintenance projects.
• Mobilise manpower and resources to complete the project deliverables on time.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
