You will report directly to the Superintendent or Senior Lead Maintenance, leading daily operations to streamline maintenance requests and ensure high-quality records. Collaborating with trades, planners, and operations, you'll prioritize work tasks and apply your expertise in computerized maintenance management systems for optimal performance.
