We are seeking a results-driven, personable Lead Manager to guide prospective families through the full enrollment journey—from initial inquiry to enrollment and beyond. This role is critical to building trust with families, clearly communicating the value of our programs, and ensuring families feel welcomed, supported, and confident in their decision to join our schools.
This role includes a
performance-based incentive and bonus structure
tied to enrollment and conversion outcomes.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and confident in communicating, selling, and nurturing relationships.
