We specialize in helping people move to the greater Richmond, VA area and helping local sellers get top dollar for their homes. We don't just list it and leave it. We create content, resources, and a true concierge experience so buyers and sellers feel guided from first message to closing.
We are looking for a full‑time virtual assistant from the Philippines to be our Lead Manager. This is a long‑term role, not a short project.
Your mission: own the lead flow and conversations with people who are thinking about moving to Richmond OR selling in greater Richmond, so the agent can stay in appointments, negotiations, and content creation.
This position is 100% remote. You will work directly with the agent and be treated as part of the core team.
