**Position Summary**:
Supervise Failure Analysis team supporting failure verification, fault isolation, and root cause analysis on customer returns, production failures, Design Engineering and Reliability Engineering failures. Interacts with internal customers and key support groups (Customer Quality, Product/Test Engineering, Design, etc.) as needed to help perform the analysis.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support Component Failure Analysis in Cavite factory, product process review, new technology and new product development, and conduct construction analysis.
- Enhance procedures and develop methodologies in failure analysis of field return and production failures.
- Generate professional and detailed FA reports to define root cause identification and meet customer requirements and cycle time targets.
