**LEAD MANUFACTURING ENGINEER**

The Lead Manufacturing Engineer primary responsibilities include:

+ Ensuring that Advanced Energy operates a safe work environment and specifies safe manufacturing practices.
+ Responsible for planning, organizing and leading activities of Manufacturing Engineers functions.
+ Define, design, develop and Implement SPC tools for assembly tools, manufacturing and key processes
+ Primary emphasis is continuous quality improvement on current products through process and product optimization via a robust process control management
+ Actively collaborate in concurrent engineering activities with design engineers to ensure that all new products are introduced with process control plans that achieve the quality goals as stated in the product introduction plan at the time of release.
