 Position at Dumas About the Role:
As aLead Mechanicat Dumas, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing the fleet of heavy mining equipment that keeps our operations running safely and efficiently. You will work underground in a fast-paced setting, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime to support production goals while working safely and efficiently. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Supervise and coordinate underground mechanics to meet maintenance targets.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy mining equipment (jumbos, bolters, scoops, haul trucks).
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
Communicate with supervisors and planners to prioritize repairs and parts ordering.
Train and mentor mechanics to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
