Lead Mechanical

**Job Description Summary**
We are looking for a Mechanical Lead to join the Kokhav Hayarden Hydro Power Plant located in Israel (near Neve Or).As the Plant's Mechanical Lead you shall be responsible for leading a team and managing the full Mechanical scope, including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, supporting planned activities and outages, as well as the implementation of tools and systems, all in accordance with contractual requirements, GE processes, EHS instructions and Country regulations.

+ Managing and training a team of Mechanical technicians and Subcontractors.
+ Providing continue maintenance support to the mechanical scope at the Power Plant.
+ Planning and executing ongoing maintenance activities, in coordination with the Operations team.
