**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Lead Mechanical engineer is responsible to independently take care of Solar & Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects execution which involves design, detailed engineering, EPC, layout preparation, mechanical/manufacturing drawing, thermal and structural architecture & analysis, component selection, Root cause analysis.
+ Experience in working with Inverters, Transformer, RMU, Substation, BOP equipment’s, MLV/MV drives for large scale industrial projects/Solar & BESS projects/Renewable projects/Power projects.
+ Experience in CAD tools, 2D & 3D modelling tools, GT&D.
+ Oversee the progress of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
+ Ensure all designs and projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
