**The Team and Role:**



We are currently looking for a hands-on Mechanical Lead who thrives in technical details. You will be in the CAD daily, solving complex engineering challenges and ensuring our Video Collaboration products achieve a premium look and feel.



Through your leadership, you leverage your technical expertise to design and analyze products and related data, develop and improve manufacturing and supportive processes, and provide consultation to vendors, JDM/ODM manufacturers, and internal teams. Manage resources and activities to lead complex projects to completion.
