Lead Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our autonomous cleaning robots. The role requires a strategic thinker who can drive cross‑functional collaboration, facilitate discussions between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and foster a culture of engineering excellence. The successful candidate will also be responsible for hands‑on design work, reviewing team deliverables, and maintaining structured progress updates for department heads.
