Lead Mechanical Engineer

**What you’ll do:**

This role will be required to lead design to develop, test, complete and launch new products and extensions to existing product lines; Works together with other CPC project teams on their materials applications / sourcing efforts (from R&D side).
Work with whole mechanical team to Instruct and train young engineers to improve team’s capability in mechanical area and product knowledge, lead and participate in requirements analysis, design review...
