Lead Mechanical Technician

Professional Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Background: Completion of a 4-year or 2-year technical-related course.
• Certifications: Possesses TESDA NC II in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) or any other TESDA NC II program relevant to Mechanical works.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in mechanical works is required.
• Core Competencies:
• Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems (e.g., pumps, engines, compressors, conveyors).
• Proficiency in using both hand tools (such as wrenches, screwdrivers) and power tools (including grinders, drills, and impact tools).

Responsibilities:

Job Order Management and Execution:

• Process and execute assigned Job Orders related to mechanical concerns and issues.
• Ensure timely reporting and updates to the Mechanical Engineer on the status and requirements of job requests, from initiation to closure.
