• Lead development and architecture efforts, consulting the Product Owner and team to implement features effectively
• Review and contribute to code regularly while managing technical debt
• Establish and monitor quality guidelines and secure software development practices
• Collaborate closely with architects, integration, and verification teams to ensure robust testing and compliance
• Guide and coordinate a distributed supplier team and participate in external developer recruitment
