**About the role**:
**Main Requirements**:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Minimum of **7 years of experience** as a Full-Stack Developer with proficiency in **C#.NET Core**.
- In-depth knowledge of **microservices** architecture and development.
- Hands-on experience with **Dynatrace** or similar monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using **Docker** and **Kubernetes**.
- Expertise in **Safe/Agile methodologies** and team-oriented development processes.
