Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations on the shop floor.
• Lead a team of workers to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Provide training and support to team members as needed.
• Assist in scheduling and planning workloads for the team.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 0–2 years
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
