Lead - O&M Proposals

Job Summary:

The O&M Process Engineer – DBO will lead the operations and maintenance input during the bidding and tendering stage of Design-Build-Operate (DBO) projects. This includes process design review, lifecycle planning, estimation of O&M costs, BOQ development, and preparation of technical proposals. The role is key to ensuring the long-term viability and competitiveness of bids by aligning operational strategy with design and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Tendering & Bidding:

• Analyze tender documents and client specifications related to the O&M phase.
• Provide O&M strategy and technical write-ups for bids and proposals.
• Coordinate with design and execution teams to integrate O&M requirements into overall bid strategy.
• Prepare compliance matrices and identify operational risks in the scope.
