Lead Operator

Working hours: 7am - 7pm (4 days work, 3 days off)

Salary: RM3000 - RM3800, Transport allowance: RM150, Attendance Allowance RM150

Employment status: 1 year contract

Job Description

• Experience in team leadership/supervision, including managing performance and discipline issues, providing counselling when needed
• To operate production systems and associated utilities in a safe and controlled manner
• Perform assembly builds according to schedule and required specifications, drawings, and work instructions
• Handle repetitive assembly tasks such as tightening screws, nuts and fittings
• Perform housekeeping 5S
• To ensure all procedures and activities comply with assembly line safety requirements

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma
• Strong understanding of production bottlenecks, output challenges, and KPIs setting
