Responsibilities

• Operate as the independent optometrist with full clinical autonomy.


• Start with a minimum of one day per week and increase as you wish.


• Build and manage associates and shape the clinic culture.


• Unlock future ownership opportunities as our network expands.


• Provide clinical excellence using cutting‑edge equipment including NIDEK Tonoref 3, Topcon Maestro2 OCT.
