LEAD (ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT)

Care Corner is one of the largest non-profit organisations in Singapore, offering a wide spectrum of social and healthcare services to improve the lives of children, youths, families, and seniors in vulnerable situations and from disadvantaged backgrounds. As the needs of our service users evolve, Care Corner constantly looks for new ways to enhance the effectiveness of our services. Our Innovation Squad is an in-house team that works in close collaboration with our business groups to design and build services and digital products for social impact.

You will be working closely with a Design Lead, Tech Lead and Product Lead, as part of an experienced group of experts bringing in new capabilities and ways of working. You will be part of one of the first teams in Singapore to use design, tech, product management and OD, to solve for the most complex social issues and bring about meaningful change.
