Lead – Origination CIF

Role Overview:
The Lead – Origination is responsible for driving origination, structuring, and execution of mid & large-ticket Structured finance / Private Credit corporate deals. This role oversees end-to-end cycle—from deal sourcing and credit evaluation to execution —ensuring optimal risk-adjusted returns and strategic collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and originate mid & large corporate structured finance deals across various industries and corporate clients.
Build and nurture relationships with financial sponsors, corporate groups, institutional investors, and family offices.
Lead structuring of NCD/loan deals, including terms negotiation, credit assessment, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal credit, legal, risk, tax, and compliance teams.
Maintain ongoing engagement with internal teams for large Structured Finance deals to ensure smooth deal execution.
