**Job Description Summary**
Lead Panel Design Tool Expert has to support engineering teams in the effective use, improvement, and standardization of engineering tools and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in tools such as Ebase, AutoCAD, and EPLAN, and will be capable of taking strategic decisions related to tool implementation, new ideas, and solution standardization. This role will also be responsible for guiding teams to follow defined processes and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Act as the **subject matter expert** for engineering tools including **Ebase, AutoCAD, and EPLAN**
+ Evaluate current tool usage and identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and standardization
+ Take **strategic decisions** on implementing new ideas, tool enhancements, and system improvements
