 Job Description 
 We are believing God for a new Lead Pastor for the next season at CHPA who will lead us with integrity, spiritual discernment, and a biblically grounded approach. 
 Required Skills 
 • Spiritual Leadership and Vision • Preaching and Teaching • Staff & Ministry Oversight • Pastoral Care • Outreach & Community Engagement 
 Education Required 
 Ordained or ordainable with the PAOC which includes minimal education and practical requirements, able to teach and administrate an active congregation and facility. 
 Experience Required 
 We are looking for someone who has experience or desire to serve in a multi-generational, multicultural environment and a vision to lead CHPA into this new season. The successful candidate will be able to lead a small staff, oversee our facility, and work well with various rental groups. Attached Documents
