Lead Performance Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Performance Engineer to join our team in LATAM. This position is open for candidates located in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia and Mexico
Required Technical Skills:
Automation Tool & Framework Design - We need someone who can architect, build, and evolve automation tooling—not simply run existing scripts. This includes framework design, maintainability, CI/CD integration, and the ability to scale automation across multiple product lines.
Performance Testing Strategy – It's important that we bring in someone who understands performance testing fundamentals—load modeling, bottleneck identification, and how to incorporate performance insights into our broader QA strategy.
Training & Upskilling Other Team Members - The right engineer will elevate the entire QA team by mentoring others, sharing best practices, and helping establish consistent automation standards across the organization.
