UniSysTech Consulting is seeking a Lead Performance Engineer to drive performance testing strategy, scalability validation, and system optimization for critical enterprise applications.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end performance engineering initiatives across enterprise applications.
• Define performance testing strategy, workload models, test plans, and success criteria.
• Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Analyze application, database, and infrastructure performance to identify bottlenecks and performance risks.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote performance engineering best practices across teams.
