Lead Piping Walkdown Designer

Job Description
A large chemical manufacturing client of Insight Global is seeking a Lead Piping Walkdown Designer to join their design team in Plaquemine, LA. This person will be responsible for leading the walkdown team in piping and instrumentation design, with a focus on piping design. This will include designing schematic representations of process flows with the facilities across multiple sites, for projects as large at $100M in size. You will also be responsible for managing inconsistencies, pulling reports, and structured sets from databases. The established pay rate for this position is $48-55/hr, based on experience.
