Lead Planner

Brunel is supporting a major mining client in the search for an experienced Lead Planner / Scheduler to support large-scale capital mining projects in Chile. This is a senior-level project controls leadership role overseeing planning and scheduling activities across complex engineering and construction projects.

• Lead all planning and scheduling activities across major capital projects
• Develop, maintain, and oversee integrated master project schedules
• Manage project progress tracking, forecasting, reporting, and schedule performance
• Identify schedule risks, delays, scope changes, and potential impacts to the project
• Work closely with project management, engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction teams
• Analyze critical path activities and recommend recovery plans or mitigation strategies
