Lead, Platform Growth and Operations

The Platform Growth and Operations team is ultimately helping to drive more holistic solutions in order to maximize the efficiency and balance of the marketplace. We are looking for a skillful Assistant Manager /Lead, who will support our business by combining data insights and local market intelligence to grow the marketplace while ensuring good user experience through optimizing commercial settings and online platform tactics, while also contributing to the product development process and maintaining an on-going dialogue with our city operations teams. You will need to wear many hats, work smart and iterate quickly.

What you will do:

Lead continuous refinement of market performance monitoring and management framework and process to ensure a structured approach to drive market growth through combination of data analysis and market intelligence collection
