As a **Lead Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Solutions Engineer** , you will play the pivotal business engagement role to drive the adoption of the Power Platform following Microsoft best practices and security standards. With the adoption of Copilot Studio for AI Agents, this position is required to engage with Segment to guide in defining and designing AI agents for Business solution.

**Office location: Montreal - QC or Waterloo - ON or Toronto – ON or Halifax-Canada**

**Work arrangement: Hybrid (3 days from Office, 2 days from Home);**
