Lead Primary Design Engineer

**Job Description Summary**
The Lead AE role will lead the generation of the technical content and related costing/estimation of tenders/proposals in response to customer requests for quotes and initiatives within Africa and Middle East (MEA) Grid Systems Integration (GSI) business. This role will combine application and estimating for all the MEA GSI proposals in HV Substation, Convention utility, industrial, FACTS and HVDC Segments driving common process, procedures, methods, tools and lessons learned across the organization. Own the tender estimation activity and drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for projects execution and implementation.
