About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our UAE-based client, a reputable organization in the hard commodity sector.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Client in a world‑class, grass‑roots petrochemical and refining project in the UAE from early engineering design through FEED and EPC.
• Scope and Documentation : Develop the project scope of work and Basis of Design. Provide detailed process inputs and compile ITB packages for pre‑FEED and FEED phases. Evaluate bidding proposals and actively participate in the selection of engineering contractors.
• Technology and Licensing : Contribute to the pre‑qualification and assessment of technology providers and process licensors.
