Lead Process Improvement and Development

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead business process optimization, system automation, and compliance initiatives across Gatronova. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, implementing SAP solutions, and driving audit and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize existing business processes; implement SOPs for compliance and standardization
Oversee ERP integrations and automation, especially in SAP Finance, GRC, Audit, and Costing Modules
Lead internal control and compliance frameworks aligned with industry standards
Develop dashboards, reports, and utilize analytics for data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Finance, Supply Chain) to align systems and manage change
Qualifications:
ACCA / CA Part qualified
3-5 years of experience in process improvement, SAP implementation, internal audit, or compliance
