Lead, Process Safety

Overview

Lead, Process Safety role at NexGen Energy Ltd. The Process Safety Lead is accountable for establishing and sustaining Process Safety Management (PSM) within our design and operation. They will develop and implement PSM processes, procedures, and culture to understand and manage critical hazards associated with mining and processing uranium. The successful candidate will demonstrate competency in culture development and technical acumen, drawing on their education, training, and experience. This role focuses on delivering the ROOK I project through engineering excellence, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.

This position reports directly to and works alongside the Director, Engineering while being directly supported by the Director, Health & Safety and the Chief Project Officer.
