The Lead Product Designer – Platform is responsible for establishing and evolving the design foundations that support product development across the firm. This role partners closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure internal platforms, client-facing experiences, and automation workflows remain coherent, usable, and resilient as the firm grows.
Reporting into Product leadership, this role focuses on design systems, design methodology, and cross-platform experience integrity, while remaining hands-on with high-impact design work.
