. We are looking for a Senior / Lead Product Designer who can own, elevate, and reinvent how products are designed across ILMU — from brand-defining moments to frontier AI interfaces and entirely new interaction models.

You will be a design leader who can work at multiple altitudes:
- Strategic enough to shape product direction,
- Creative enough to craft breakthrough interactions and visual languages, and
- Hands-on enough to ship with excellence alongside product, engineering, and AI teams.
This role is ideal for someone energized by 0→1 innovation, brand craft, AI systems thinking, and designing experiences that have never existed before — including new forms of engagement, motivation, and behavioral interaction inspired by leading consumer products or playful, engaging experiences.
