Lead Product Engineer

Job Summary: The Senior Product Engineer is responsible for the analysis, validation, and implementation of engineering changes within electronic products in the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) industry. This role ensures proper product introduction, maintenance, and continuous improvement while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, evaluate, and implement Engineering Changes (ECO/ECR) for PCBA products. Manage and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring version control and data integrity. Assess the impact of engineering changes on manufacturing processes, cost, and product quality. Provide technical support to production, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams. Ensure proper technical documentation (work instructions, specifications, drawings) is updated and controlled.
