This role owns the operationalization of converged offers, ensuring they work cleanly across channels, lifecycle moments, billing, and customer experiences.

The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, monetization operations, and cross channel execution, translating converged growth strategy into repeatable, scalable offers tailored to MDU environments. This leader will reduce offer sprawl, eliminate billing friction, and enable convergence to scale as a core growth motion—not a series of pilots.
