Lead Professional, Health and Safety

**Main Activities and Responsibilities:** (including but not limited to)

+ Providing HSE leadership and advisory support to WSP employees, contractors and project teams in site-based environments, with typically 90% of time spent in the field or on client activities.
+ The availability to work extended hours and rostered shifts aligned with project delivery schedules, including arrangements such as 10:4 rotations, weekend and night work and/or 12-hour shifts. Overtime and additional hours worked in accordance with project requirements will be remunerated in line with applicable employment conditions.
+ Provide guidance and support to Project Managers in facilitating hazard identification workshops, developing and maintaining project risk registers, and incorporating client, legal and other project-specific requirements relevant to site investigations, construction-phase activities and Principal Contractor obligations.
