Main Responsibilities

• Performs the work of a Senior Cost Engineer or Planner/Scheduler on a project while also taking responsibility for the overall execution of project controls work by the Covestro team and external contractors.
• Establishes the Project Controls Plan and associated cost, schedule, progress, change, risk detailed procedures and workflows for the project in alignment with Covestro standards.Reviews, approves, and audits contractor project controls procedures and tools.
