Job Summary & Overview:

• Fairprice Group is pursuing a large-scale, multi-year transformation project. We are building an AI-first foundation to modernize our enterprise architecture, modernize corporate functions (Finance, HR, and D&T), and deliver a unified experience for our employees and customers.
• We are seeking a high-caliber PMO Lead to serve as the nerve center for the project. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for the overall program management, integrated planning, and governance of a transformation project to deliver on productivity uplift and cost savings targets over a five to six year period.
• As the PMO Lead, you will orchestrate the complex intersection of Functional Transformation (Finance, HR, and D&T) and Enterprise Technology Transformation (OneSAP, Workbench, Payroll, and HR Analytics).
