Inquiry‐to‐Order (ITO) → Order‐to‐Remittance (OTR) Handover
ITO to OTR handover meeting to receive L1 bid schedule and contract details.
Understand and Confirm ITO assumptions and the risk summary is clearly understood, provided during ITO/OTR handoff.
Attend the Customer Kickoff Meeting (CKOM) & follow-up on all open action items from the CKOM related to schedule execution
Attends release meetings led by ITO to understand project scope, ITO assumptions, and contribute to Delivery Matrix development.
Development of the Commitment Meeting file based on functional inputs, project requirements and contract requirements.
Leads the Commitment Meeting with functional owners to resolve initial schedule disconnects and reach agreement on the project baseline.
