Lead Property Engineer

The Lead Property Engineer will assist the Property Manager to manage the day to day operations of the Building/Facilities Corporation. Ensure that all building equipment and facilities are 100% in good working condition by implementing timely and consistent preventive maintenance programs.

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS

1. Oversee implementation of effective & consistent building/equipment preventive maintenance programs.

2. To ensure reliable operations of building equipment system, physical appearance, safety & security of all facilities by conducting regular inspection.

3. Consistently implement preventive maintenance works & undertake corrective maintenance if necessary.
4. Ensure compliance with the 52-week PM schedules and ensure the use/implementation of Equipment PM forms/checklist.
5. Manage equipment downtime from 0% - 3% only. Submit Equipment Uptime Monitoring Report to the QA team as scheduled.
