Lead QA Analyst – Wealth & Investment Technology

We’re hiring a Lead QA Analyst to own quality across multiple projects and ensure strong delivery standards across the full software development lifecycle.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving test strategy, execution, and QA governance , while working closely with product, engineering, and business teams. You’ll lead QA end-to-end, mentor team members, and help scale testing practices across the organization.

Preference given to candidates with experience in wealth management, asset management, investment management, or broader financial services environments.
