Job Description

Position Purpose  
The Lead QC Lab is responsible for monitoring of technical aspects in Quality control operations related to testing of RM/In-process and finished goods. 
Strategic Responsibilities   
Assist Head QC Site in quality related initiatives at plant level 
Plan to achieve optimum performance and output from the instruments 
Operational Responsibilities   
Day to day monitoring of testing activities to ensure correct and timely testing 
Ensure implementation of preventive routine maintenance and calibrations of the instruments as per schedule 
Performance verifications of test methods for new molecules 
Planning for lab consumables and resources required for analysis support. 
Implement system checks and assurance of testing data through Intra-laboratory testing 
Validation of test methods developed in-house
