Cost Breakdown & Work Breakdown Structures

• Develop and maintain a structured Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) aligned with International coding and reporting systems. Integrate CBS with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure traceability and consistency across all cost elements.

Benchmarking & Market Analysis

• Conduct benchmarking using historical data and industry standards. Analyze market trends, vendor pricing, and regional cost factors, particularly for Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Risk & Contingency Analysis

• Identify cost-related risks and uncertainties. Recommend appropriate contingency allowances and escalation factors in line with AACE  guidel...
